- Wedding photo sharing is how a couple collects the photos and videos taken by their guests, rather than relying on the professional photographer alone. With Agapaé, guests scan a QR code, join the couple’s wedding experience with their name, and upload what they captured into one private gallery that belongs to the couple.
- How can I collect photos from my wedding guests?
- Share your Agapaé QR code or guest link. Guests open it on their phone, add their name to join your wedding experience, and upload their photos and videos from the browser. Everything they share arrives in your private Agapaé gallery.
- Do wedding guests need to download an app?
- No. Agapaé works in the browser your guests already have on their phone. There is nothing for them to install.
- Do guests need an Agapaé account?
- No. Guests do not create an account and do not set a password. They join your wedding by entering their name.
- Can guests upload videos as well as photos?
- Yes. Guests can share both photos and videos, in the formats phones normally record. Original files are preserved.
- How does the Agapaé wedding QR code work?
- Each wedding has its own QR code. Scanning it opens the Agapaé join page for that wedding. The guest adds their name, enters your wedding experience, and can then upload the photos and videos they captured.
- Are my wedding photos private?
- Yes. Your Agapaé gallery is private by default. It is not published anywhere, and it can only be opened by you and by guests who have joined your wedding.
- Can guests download other guests’ photos?
- No. Guests can share their own photos and videos, but they cannot download media from your gallery.
- Can I download my wedding photos?
- Yes. The collection is yours, and you can download your memories from your gallery. Downloading everything at once as a single archive is included with the paid plans.
- How long is my wedding gallery available?
- Your gallery stays open for a period after your wedding date, and how long depends on your plan. When that period ends the gallery closes and the media is deleted, so download your collection while your gallery is still open.
- Can Agapaé do more than collect wedding photos?
- Yes. Agapaé is a digital wedding platform. Alongside guest photo sharing it covers your digital wedding invitation, RSVPs, guest management, planning tools such as your timeline, budget and seating, and the private gallery where everything comes together.
